Refund Policy
14-day free trial.
Bill4Time products offer a free 14-day trial for all plans (Time & Billing, Legal Pro, and Enterprise). Credit card information is not required during the 14-day trial, so if a credit card is not entered, the trial will expire after the 14 day period has elapsed. Adding a credit card to the account during the trial period activates the account.
Disabling users in your account.
If you disable a user in your account you will not be charged for them again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you disabled a user on the 24th, you are responsible for the charges on your current billing cycle. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
Canceling your Monthly Bill4Time account.
Once you cancel you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you are responsible for the charges on your current billing cycle. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
Cancelling your Annual Bill4Time account.
Once you cancel you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the annual account. For example, if your renewal date is November 12th of each year, and you cancel on September 24th, you are responsible for the charge on your annual account and are not eligible for a refund. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
Switching from Annual to Monthly
If you are currently on an Annual Subscription and you wish to switch to a Monthly plan, you can schedule this change in your subscription management settings. It will take effect at the end of your current subscription term.
